Welcome to ListingAI. By downloading, installing, or using the ListingAI mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@listing-ai.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
ListingAI uses artificial intelligence to generate real estate listing descriptions from photos, property details, and voice input that you provide. Generated content is a starting point only — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy, legality, and compliance (including Fair Housing compliance) of any listing before publishing it.
You retain ownership of the photos, property details, voice recordings, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models and we do not sell it.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
Free Tier. Free accounts include a limited number of listing generations per month.
Pro Subscription. Pro is offered at $9.99/month (or local equivalent) as an auto-renewing subscription.
In-App Purchase (iOS). Subscriptions purchased through the App are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds. Refund requests for iOS purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Generated listings are produced by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or content that requires legal review. You are responsible for reviewing every listing before use. ListingAI is not a licensed real estate professional and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
U.S. Fair Housing laws prohibit discrimination in housing advertisements based on protected classes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that listings you publish comply with all applicable Fair Housing laws and MLS rules in your jurisdiction.
The Service, including the ListingAI name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The Service uses third-party providers including OpenAI, Google Firebase, Apple, Vercel, and RevenueCat. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms where applicable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTINGAI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold ListingAI harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
