ListingAI ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ListingAI mobile application (the "App") and the website at listing-ai.app (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and a unique identifier from that provider.
Property Content You Provide. To generate listings, you upload photos of properties and provide details such as address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, special features, and optional voice recordings. We process this content to generate the listing descriptions you request.
Voice Recordings. If you use the voice input feature, audio is transmitted to our transcription provider (OpenAI Whisper) for conversion to text. We do not retain voice audio after transcription completes.
Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the App, including feature usage, crash reports, and performance metrics, to diagnose issues and improve the Service.
Subscription and Payment Data. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple (via In-App Purchase). We receive confirmation of subscription status but do not store your credit card details. Apple handles payment information under their own privacy policy.
Device Information. We collect basic device information (model, OS version, app version, language, time zone) to deliver the Service and troubleshoot issues.
